  • All products displayed on our website are eligible for return or exchange in accordance with this policy.
  • Products may be returned or exchanged only if they are in their original condition and original packaging.
  • Return and exchange requests will be reviewed and approved within 3 business days.
  • Once a return or exchange request has been approved, our courier will reach the customer within 3–5 business days.
  • To request a return or exchange, please send a message via WhatsApp to the phone number provided on your shipping label, or contact us through our Contact Us page.
  • Please include a photo of the product along with your city, address, and order number so it can be exchanged if the product is defective, has a manufacturing defect, or does not perform as described.
  • Customers will receive a full refund if the product delivered is completely different from the description provided on the product page on our website.
  • We are not responsible for any customer expectations regarding the use of our products that are not explicitly stated on the product page of our website.

  • الإستبدال والإسترجاع حق مضمون كل عملائنا وهو يشمل جميع المنتجات التي نعرضها على متجرنا.
  • جميع المنتجات المعروضة على متجرنا قابلة لسياسة الإستبدال والإسترجاع وفق الشروط والأحكام المنصوص عليها في هذه الصفحة.
  • يمكن الإرجاع أو الإستبدال إذا كان المنتج بنفس حالته الأصلية عند الشراء ومغلفاً بالغلاف الأصلي.
  • يتم الموافقة على طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 3 أيام عمل.
  • في حالة الموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، المندوب يصل للعميل خلال 3-5 أيام عمل.
  • يرجى إرسال رسالة عبر تطبيق WhatsApp للرقم الموضح في بوليصة الشحن من أجل طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، أو التواصل معنا عبر صفحة اتصل بنا من أجل طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
  • يرجى تصوير المنتج وإرساله مع تحديد المدينة والعنوان ورقم الطلب ليتم إستبداله بمنتج آخر في حالة كان المنتج فاسداً أو به عيب معين، أو لا يستغل وفق المتفق عليه.
  • يتم إسترجاع المبلغ للعميل كاملاً في حالة كان المنتج الذي توصل به مختلفاً تماماً مع وصف المنتج في صفحة المنتج بموقعنا.
  • لسنا مسؤولين عن أي توقعات لإستعمال المنتجات من طرف العميل لم نذكرها بصفحة المنتج بموقعنا.
